Experience sets Lake Concierge apart from the other concierge services. Gina previously worked as a concierge for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for over ten years and learned the art of customer service at the highest level. Following her time there, she opened Lake Concierge in 2014 and utilized her attention to detail to make Lake Concierge a very successful property management and vacation rental company.

My extended family joined us on our trip to Grand Beach to celebrate an early Christmas. When Gina realized this, she went out of her way to decorate the house, even setting up a Christmas tree! She allowed us to send gifts prior to the trip, leaving them under the tree for when we arrived. This really made it feel like Christmas morning when we opened the gifts. The kids were thrilled, as were the adults!
